the Minority of "C" type

Yeup, I am one of those C type people that writing their names on the board extremely small and slight. My result is actually between C and S as both of them have almost the same height. I choose to go C anyway. I think it is right for me in general, though I would prefer to be a I type. It is my first time to take this kind of test. I think people bascially know what kind of person they are and what kind of personalities they carry on. Well when the result come up with more details and determations of futher careers, it still somehow shocked me. I think it is a good test for both employers and employees. It is necessary for employers to know that what type of their employees are. Then the company can predicate their potential positions in the company and contributions to the company. For employees, like us, it is good to know earilier that what catgory we belong to and what we good at or still have to develop with. I do believe that personality is harder to change when people are getting older, but still there are always some spaces to be developed, and to be someone that you want to be. For me, I think in order to be closer with I type, I have to be more adaptive and communcative. It is true that I am one of those people that easy to give up or conform. The test is a way to understand myself much deeper, or to face my weaknesses that I tried to ignore before.

For the "Stranded", I think D is a good type to be a team leader. There will be no confusion or misunderstanding in the team and members can follow the instrucitons. It is a extreme situation. I think the most important thing is to be effective to have a best alternative and imply the decision. Therefore I think it is necessary to have a leader can overcome other conflicts and get a deciosion that all others agree upon.

Vison

Here are my goals that I hope I can achieve in future:

1. I want to obtain a Master degree in either accounting or finance and pass the CPA within one year after I qualified for the test. Right now when I think about my future career, somehow I am confused. It seems like that it gonna forever for me to be qualified for CPA. I think the basic action I should have is to be clear about how many courses I have to go with and how I should plan for them. I will try to get myself be prepared about the CPA as early as possible.

2. I want to travel all over the world. well, be more specific and realistic, I want to travel over the whole Europe before I am 30. In order to do so, work hard to save money and workout hard to be physically prepared.

3. I want to sponsor five children through the World Vision program after I have a stable job.

4. I want to learn more languages other than English and Mandarin, probably Spanish. well, English is still a hard core for me as a second language. I think for learning language, i have to communicate as much as I can, and read as much as I can.

5. I hope that one day I can write about my experience and my life after I moving to the United States, as a memory for myself and hopefully can be helpful for those who want to come here. Right now I am trying to write down any thoughts that i had once as memos or materials which might be used later on for writing.
